My wife and I worked with Bryan and VD and Build over 4 years ago. We had an outdoor covered patio and kitchen added, as well as some interior updates. The company, and Bryan, were also responsive, and met all deadlines. They had quality workmanship, and we have had no problems requiring any f/u from them. They were a bit pricier, but, we would go back.

Our experience with Vision was great. The work was expertly done and customer service was outstanding. The project actually completed earlier than the original projection. After the completion, they were very responsive to our request for work to a few odds and ends that needed touch up or adjustment. The work, and addition of a second story for our master suite and bathroom, completed in Oct. 2009. The work has held up well and we love the space. In fact, we already have a plan drawn up by Bryan for the next phase of our renovation and we are really excited at the idea of working with Vision to totally revamp our kitchen, living area, bathrooms, and downstairs bedrooms. Bryan and his team did a great job and we loved our remodel outcome. He was quick to suggest cost effective solutions to issues that came up during the remodel (replacing cracked foundation in bathroom add on and reinforcing complete add on foundation). All turned out great!

It has been 7 years since Vision worked on our home. I found Bryan very easy to work with, and for the most part we were satisfied with the work that was accomplished. When one has different crews doing different kinds of work, one encounters an occasional glitch, but things were finished in a timely fashion and pretty much according to the proposed schedule. We lived in two bedrooms on one side of the house while the rest of the house (kitchen, master bathroom/bedroom, office space, total house re-wiring, walls moved and removed) were being worked on. The workmen were always polite, usually on time and we did not worry when we left the house (we even had to go out of state for a family emergency). It was a new experience for us, but we do enjoy the finished product and have received many compliments re such.

Bryan came (on time) and listened to our thoughts about what we thought we wanted to do. He was patient, offering support and input based on our thoughts. He took very specific measurements, offered suggestions about materials and work timelines. He replied to us within the time he had said he would with detailed drawings. He kept us posted during the work with projected timelines. All of the crew, job foreman, interior decorator, electricians, painters, etc. were most professional, clean and conscientious. He encouraged us to check the work each evening and give feedback to the job site manager. The job was completed within the time estimated and we have been very pleased. We have referred Bryan to several of our friends and would contact him with any other remodeling activity.

We had a great experience working with Bryan and his team. Everything got done on time and they were great about coming back out if we had issues (small grout area around tiles didn't hold). Tammy is still great (after 4 years) aboutgetting back to me if I have a question (how to remove a light cover to replace a bulb). I recommend Vision to my own friends and family.

Bryan and his team do excellent work. They are very trust worthy and have done both large and small jobs for us. Should we need any additional work done in the future, we will go right to Bryan and not even consider any other contractors. I believe you will be very satisfied with their work.

We have been very happy and satisfied with Vision Design & Build. They have done three major and one minor projects for us on our home. As with any contractor make sure that you understand the contract and scope of work. Change orders are costly. Bryan is very responsive to needs and requests for information or concerns.

We have nothing but great things to say about Vision design. They created a workable budget and great design for our bathroom makeover. They are arrived on time, the contractors were all polite and considerate. They cleaned up after themselves. When we had issues or design concerns they were quickly addressed and without \"attitude\". Their follow-up has been exceptional. We are very pleased with our wheel-chair accessible bathroom that doesn't look like a wheel-chair accessible bathroom. On a scale of 1-10. 10+

I used Bryan Smith for 2 separate major remodeling jobs (master suite addition and living room expansion) and both were complete successes. His team was professional and I always knew what was going on. I would highly recommend them.

Bryan was great to work with and I love what he built for us. We had him build an outdoor living space for us and also asked him to coordinate tightly with another contractor who was building our pool at the same time. Bryan’s crews were there when they said they would be and were very solutions oriented when something unexpected popped up (which always happens on any project of scale). I had a couple of things pop up after it was complete and his team jumped right on it and fixed them...I even broke a piece of granite and they worked it and didn’t charge me anything. They are very professional and if I ever move and need something like this done again I would hire Bryan in a heartbeat.

My experience with them was great. I’m slammed with work so I can’t spend too much time giving details and sending picture but I definitely recommend Vision. They added a second story to my house for a master suit and bath. The job was to take 5 month and finished in just under 3. We love it! Once I can afford the next phase of our remodel, which will be kitchen, bath and living room, I’m going straight to Vision.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work. We added 3 bedrooms, an attic, and a patio. We are very happy with our expanded house and they completed it far ahead of schedule, actually. The job also included tiling the kitchen area and that was completed within a reasonable timeframe. The trade workers were fine and my family & I were very comfortable with them. They were very diligent about everything that needed to be done as well as the cleanup process. I think this covers your questions. All in all, we had an excellent experience with VDB. They were affordable, prompt & responsive, and did high quality work. Here is one more example about their service: some months after their work, we noticed the ground had shifted beneath our new concrete patio steps and caused a large crack. I called Vision to inform them and ask if it was covered under the warranty. Within a week, somebody came by and filled in the crack & made it good as new.

I loved working with them. We had an art studio built on to side of our carport. Their bid was the highest – and at the very top of what I wanted to spend. At my request they cut costs down by cutting out interior painting and caulking, and flooring (I did a dye on the concrete)...and I don’t mind painting at all. Bryon was the only person I had out to look at the site who seemed to ͞get it.͟ Everyone else tried to sell whatever they specialized in...he listened then built what I said I wanted. I’m so glad we went with the high bid – in the end we got what we paid for (in this case it was a good thing).

B do three projects for me and have been very satisfied. Bryan and his group are very professional and wonderful to work with.

Our project was completed this past weekend so everything is fresh in my mind. We had a second story bedroom addition with covered patio below added to our home. Overall the final product was outstanding and we are more than happy with the outcome.

I would have no hesitation to have them do work for me. Everything was done in a timely matter and few delays. The workers were very willing to do whatever changes I wanted and had some of their own. Expect a lot of dust and dirt. Brian and Tammy are great to work with and in budget also. I am thinking of a future bathroom remodel and will have them complete the project.
